Recommendations on double jogging strollers?

I am looking at the city mini double jogging stroller online but don’t know if I want on that is Tandem or side by side. I like tandem because of fitting places but they look like the child in the back is smothered almost. Anyone have any experience with this?

More than likely not with a side-by-side. I have never tried it because I use ours for walks.
