hi i have this car seat, i have a 03 reg laguna and the seat belt has a few inches to spare – just when fitting the seat. if you went into mothercare i am surprised that they did not offer to try it in your car to check first.

if you go to babies r us they normally have a car park space just for testing the car seat near the entrance and they will put it in for you, if you want to check both seats then a couple of visits.

also if you join the babies r us gold card scheme yo will get money off vouchers to use against it.

i also have a silver cross 3d pram system.
