Second Child, First Babyshower?
When I had my little boy about a year and a half ago, I did not have a babyshower. I lived in Nebraska and all my friends and family lived in IL. People sent gifts along with my mom and my MIL, but no shower.
Now my hubby and I have moved back home and we are expecting a little girl. My sister wants to throw me a babyshower. It has only beena year and a half, but I had a boy first and did not have a party.
Should I let her throw me one, or should I tell her not to? We don’t really need anything, just eventually some girl stuff and diapers and I don’t want to come across as greedy or anything. Advice or stories???
Well I have two little girls, I have a baby shower with my first child. My family wanted to throw another for the second so we have a sprinkle not a shower a sprinkle. That is where you have a party and they bring gifts such as clothes, diapers, baby wash….ect. So yes have a party but make it small such as a baby sprinkle. Enjoy what your family wants to do for you take all the help you can get. Your sister is excited for you and wants to show it let her! Good Luck!!!
