Has anyone been through this with their 7mth old boy? Should I be worried?

The only thing he can do is roll completely over. He can’t sit up, hold his own bottle, crawl, or anything else a 7 month old can do. He eats well, he laughs (a lot, it’s sooo cute), he does do pinwheels while on his tummy. Like he’ll just in circles to grab something. Oh he does hold things and can grab things. I know babies do things at their own pace but this just seems a little too late to not be doing alot.
Oh, another thing he does that really concerns me is he grunts a lot!!! And very loudly and as he does it he pushes on his feet and lifts his butt up off the floor (he doesn’t do that EVERYtime he grunts but he does do it alot). He almost sounds angry as he does it. He does it all the time so I don’t know what to associate it with; food, formula’s, constipation, etc…
I guess I compare him to my daughter she was walking at 9 months!!! Yes, 9 months. She did and still does everything very early. She’s 3 and knows the basics of a computer and plays on it daily.

All babies develop differently, my last baby started crawling at 5 1/2 months he’s 8 months old now and is all over the house. But he doesn’t know how to hold his own bottle yet. Your baby sounds fine.
